About Information Centre for the History and Maritime Tradition of Moudros

The Information Centre for the History and Maritime Tradition of Moudros, is located in the heart of the historic bay of Lemnos. Narrates the nautical history of the early 20th century. In a unique way, brings to life a series of events that changed the course of history.

It has three thematic modules that are developed in a way that is understandable to the general public. These sections, “The Life of the Koutsanes before their uprooting”, “Sponge fishing in Nea Koutali in Limnos” and “The Archaeological Collection”

The museum offers a unique experience for every visitor. Equipped with a rich photographic material, audiovisual projections and interactive applications.
